Shipping Methods:
Every order is dispatched using Royal Mail, unfortunately we have recently had to disable international shipping due to a rise in costs and import challenges faced across the world. If your country / region is not listed when entering your shipping details, please contact us before placing an order. We produce parts to order, once the part has been manufactured and passed our quality control phase, we will then post with your selected shipping options you chose at checkout.
Please find below a breakdown of how long it should take to receive your items once you have been notified your part is ready for dispatch:
UK - 1st Class Signed For: 3 to 5 working days
Shipping details will be provided as soon as your order being marked as dispatched. If you have not received your order 1 to 2 days after the above days listed, please contact us immediately if you have any issues or complaints.
Returns:
All parts are made custom to order and therefore cannot be returned as unwanted. We only accept returns of orders where the part has clearly broken due to a design fault! Please contact us first before attempting to return any items.
If any part has been modified in any way outside of any written recommendations (installation guides) written by ourselves, we will not accept returns or issue a refund. All parts are test fitted before being dispatched to reduce the chance of disappointment or confusion when receiving your delivery.
Should your item break due to a design fault during fitting or assembly that was our fault, we will offer a free replacement. Should a problem repeat itself then please make us aware and we will work towards an updated design and free replacement once more. Should your item break due a fall, mishandling, modification where material has been removed past our recommended amount in our how to install guides, we can not accept any returns or issue a refund.
If your item has broken due to being over tightened, clear signs of power tools being used, fallen upon, shot at or any other accidental damage, we will again not accept a return or refund. Once you place an order you agree to all of our terms and conditions from Badas.Design.
Refunds:
We will only refund orders that have not yet started production or have broken due to a design error. All items are produced after payment has been received and processed. If you receive your item and change your mind and decide you don’t like it anymore, we can not issue a refund. You are paying for a process, not just a physical product. What you see from any product photos is what you will receive, we do update features of our designs from time to time to improve quality.
You are receiving a 3D printed piece of plastic/nylon, not a CNC machined piece of alloy. There will be blemishes, some potential colour change from batch to batch and markings from support materials being used and from the general process of 3D printing. Refer to the image on our how it’s made page to see what kind of markings (blemishes) you may see on your printed product. These are purely aesthetic and do not affect the performance of this product.
Once you have contacted us to claim for a refund and we agree to offer you a refund, please allow up to 5 working days to see the agreed funds returned back to your original payment method.
We also reserve the right to cancel and refund any order should you fail to reply within 48 hours to any communication attempts made by ourselves. Once you place an order you agree to all of our terms and conditions from Badas.Design. We reserve the right to cancel any orders at any time and provide a full refund without any notice should there be any external factors what effect out production timescale, we will always endeavour to contact you and keep you up to date as soon as possible, should this ever happen.
